Subscription & BillingPaid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing settings.4. Data Ownership & PrivacyYou retain all rights, title, and interest in your data. Noviq processes data solely to provide and improve services in compliance with our Privacy Policy.5. Limitation of LiabilityNoviq provides services on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis with SLA commitments outlined in Enterprise service agreements.
